Coaching

Sometimes family life is way more challenging than we had ever imagined. We would like it to be a lot more enjoyable, if only we knew how. Family coaching is designed to meet you where you are at, whatever stage you are at on your parenting and relationship journey. We want to be on the journey with you.

Our coaches will listen to you and bring their extensive training and experience to help bring new insights, ideas and practical solutions. This is not counselling or therapy, but rather mentoring to make positive changes to support the goals you have for your family. We keep it simple with a practical plan, and follow up plan with materials with reference to relevant workshops and resources to help make changes that last.

Times

Coaching is available from

  • Monday, 1-5 pm
  • Tuesday, 9am-5 pm
  • Wednesday, 9am-5pm
  • Thursday, 9am-5pm
  • Friday, 9am-1pm

Please note the coaching sessions are primarily for parents to attend on their own without children present. This gives the parent an opportunity to discuss the specific challenges about their child or children without the conversation being overheard. It also frees up the parent to focus solely on the issues without the distractions of a child. The coaching rooms are not specifically set up to be ‘child-friendly’ so we ask parents to have their children cared for to maximise the potential of the session. Nursing babies are welcome in the session.
