Practical workshops for parents
Our term 2, 2013 programme is now available with some of our popular workshops returning. To find workshops that are right for you, click the stages you are at with your family - Early Years, Middle Years, Tweens and Teens or Relationships. All workshops are between 90 minutes and two hours.
This term we have Parenting the 0-10's with Nigel Latta, and John Cowan with three great workshops - The challenge of raising girls, Parenting challenging boys and Technology today.

Note to mothers
Workshops are for adults only unless otherwise specified. Nursing mothers are welcome to bring their babies, however if they become unsettled and disturb other participants, we request you vacate the room to settle your baby. If you bring your baby please bring them in their car seat rather than a pushchair to avoid overcrowding in the workshop rooms. We are not licensed to care for children while you attend workshops.
Returns and refunds
No transfers or refunds if you are unable to attend, including sickness. The Parenting Place reserves the right to cancel or postpone a workshop or event. In the event of cancellation or postponement, The Parenting Place will issue a ticket to a substitute workshop or seminar selected by the customer or alternatively will refund the ticket price to the customer. Workshops are limited so bookings are essential to reserve your place. E-tickets will be sent with confirmation of payment.
