Single ticket: $50.00 (admits one person for 5 weeks)

Exercising during pregnancy will help to strengthen your back to reduce or eliminate back pain from carrying, aid the birth by opening the hips and groin and also increase circulation of blood around the body. These classes are designed to help with pregnancy and birth, and keep you safe from some of the poses taught in regular classes. Recommended after the end of the first trimester for all levels from beginners to experienced women. Bring a mat and blanket.

You will need to book into all sessions to secure your place.  We are unable to offer a refund if you can't attend one of the classes.

Angela Gervan

Angela completed her advanced Hatha Studies Yoga Teacher certification in Vancouver and has since studied to practice acupuncture and traditional Chinese medicine under a Health Science degree.
