What you will learn
In six sessions, typically run over six weeks, the Intermediate years Toolbox will support you to develop a strong and loving bond with your child, and to stay connected as they head towards the teen years. Toolbox covers a range of topics, including the importance of love and connection, different parenting styles, understanding your child and their big feelings, discipline, boundaries, play and lots more.
This course replaces the Tween material in our previous Tweens and Teens course,and some of the material in the Middle Years course. Please note that this course is aimed specifically at parents of children aged 9 – 12 years.
Session 1 Love is the foundation
Session 2 Parents
Session 3 Stronger, deeper, closer
Session 4 Heart-led parenting
Session 5 Discipline without shouting, force or fluster
Session 6 Putting it all together
Cost and payment
The cost is $75 per person or $110 per couple. However, our desire is that cost would never be a barrier, and we’d still love you to join us if you’re unable to contribute in this way. There are many other valuable ways to contribute – like bringing a cake to share, or helping pack up. Get in touch, and we’ll get you booked in.
