The Finance and Resource Administrator will join the Operations team and work closely with the Financial Controller, Office Manager and Operations Assistant to manage our fleet of cars, insurance, dispatch, stock control and more! At reception, you will also be welcoming guests each Friday.
The Operations team exists and works behind the scene to ensure that the entire organization runs smoothly.

The Finance and Resource Administrator is a full-time, indefinite role, based at Parenting Place’s Auckland office.
Skills and experience/the successful candidate must have –
- High commitment to teamwork and a flexible working style
- A positive work attitude and professional work ethic
- A working knowledge of Word and Excel
- Computer and data entry skills
- Ability to work to a deadline
- A keen eye for detail
- A can-do-attitude and ability to pick up new tasks quickly
- Organisational and prioritising skills
- Good communicator with a good sense of humour
