A new perspective can make a world of difference
Sometimes being a parent seems harder than we'd like it to be and we know things could be easier, if only we knew how. Family Coaches can help. They listen, and use their training and own parenting experience to help parents with new insights and practical solutions.
Maybe you need help with a particular parenting challenge, your family has fallen into a behaviour rut, or you are unhappy parenting the way you do – you love your kids but are not enjoying them as much as you would like. This is not counselling or therapy, but rather mentoring to make positive changes. If we determine your family issues are deeper and require specialist help, we will refer you to the appropriate service.
We keep it simple, with a practical plan and follow up with materials, resources and workshops to help make changes that last. Some families may find two or three sessions useful to ensure the momentum is maintained.

Cancellations
There are no exchanges or refunds on Family Coach bookings. A non-refundable $25 deposit for the Family Coach applies to all bookings made over the phone or in person at The Parenting Place.
